How do I choose a tea blend?
Start with flavours you already enjoy: citrus, berries, floral notes or a softer roasted taste. Then check whether the blend contains tea leaves, herbs, fruit or a combination. A flavour name does not tell you the caffeine content or all ingredients. For a first order, choose a smaller quantity before committing to a large set.
How should I prepare my tea?
Read the pack for the amount of tea, water temperature and steeping time. Measure the water and use a timer the first time. Remove the leaves or filter when the stated time is reached. If the taste is too strong, adjust one variable on your next cup within the instructions, rather than changing everything at once. Record the combination you prefer.
Can every tea be brewed cold?
Use cold water only for a product explicitly labelled for cold preparation, following its directions. An ordinary fruit or herbal infusion may require boiling water; do not assume it is suitable for cold steeping. For iced tea made from a hot infusion, follow the hot preparation instructions first, then cool and store as directed. Clean the bottle before each preparation.
How do I check whether a product contains caffeine?
Green and black tea, maté and guarana can contribute caffeine to a blend. A fruit name on the front does not prove that a drink is caffeine-free. Read the full list and any caffeine statement. If you need to avoid caffeine, look for an explicit statement for the exact product and ask the seller when it is unclear. Do not infer an amount from the colour of the infusion.
What should I check before ordering?
Open the current offer and confirm the seller, delivery country, currency, total including shipping, and return conditions. Check whether payment is one-off or recurring. Save the confirmation and use the seller named there for payment, delivery or refund questions.
