Choose by flavour and occasion
Start with flavours you already enjoy: citrus, berries, floral notes or a softer roasted taste. Then check whether the blend contains tea leaves, herbs, fruit or a combination. A flavour name does not tell you the caffeine content or all ingredients. For a first order, choose a smaller quantity before committing to a large set.
Give the ritual a place in your day
Choose one moment that already exists, such as breakfast or a work break. Put the clean mug and tea together where you prepare the drink. Keep a second option for busy days so the routine stays flexible. Enjoy tea for its taste and the pause it creates; a tea ritual is not evidence of detoxification or guaranteed weight loss.
Editorial approach
Guides distinguish practical suggestions from product-specific facts. Public reference sources are linked where relevant. We do not invent clinical results, customer reviews or professional endorsements. Examples are illustrative, not laboratory measurements. Product labels and seller terms can change; verify them before relying on a guide to make a purchase.
